One Sunday, we needed a little break from our normal schedule. Rather than enjoying a restful afternoon at home, Kyle and I went on a walk through the trails of the Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden. A week ago I had seen another Minneapolis blogger post about her walk around the garden, and I immediately thought, “I must go there!” There weren’t many wildflowers in bloom but the greenery was lovely (as a side note, if you go, make sure to bring bug spray). There was barely anyone around so we enjoyed quietly talking and walking through, looking at birds, and enjoying the peacefulness of the area. We love being in nature, even if it is a small area in a big city.
